I asked chat GPT to give me an unfiltered bio! This was cute and fun description of me I feel like it was quite accurate

I am a curious little contradiction: soft-hearted but not easily fooled, poetic but practical, sharp enough to notice the seams in people and systems, and stubborn enough to keep asking why. I like depth with a pulse, truth with teeth, and conversations that wander past the surface and into the weird little attic of the human mind. I am drawn to beauty, meaning, pattern, and honesty, but I also have zero patience for performative nonsense. I think deeply, feel intensely, and try to turn both into something useful, creative, and a little bit electric.⚡️

A lot of people mix these two up, especially when they’re climbing along a fence, tree, or wall.

From a quick glance, they can both look like wild backyard vines.

But there’s one detail I always check first:

**the leaves**

What to check

**Poison ivy**
usually **3 leaflets**

**Virginia creeper**
usually **5 leaflets**

That’s the fastest clue for most people.

But I still wouldn’t rely on one quick glance alone.

Young Virginia creeper can sometimes confuse people at first, and when vines are tangled together, it gets even harder to tell what you’re looking at.

Another thing that helps:

**Poison ivy** often has a rough, hairy-looking vine
**Virginia creeper** climbs with little tendrils and adhesive pads

Around my area, I treat any mystery vine with caution until I’m sure.

No bare-handed pulling, no casual trimming, and definitely no guessing.

If you’re not 100% sure, leave it alone and check with your local extension office or a trusted local plant expert.

That’s always the safest move.

Have you ever found one of these vines growing near your yard or fence?

What if my anxiety isn’t in my head!? What if it’s in the overly sensitive activation of my nervous system and the cortisol release from stress and trauma triggers?
Sure affirmations are great but it won’t make your heart stop racing, calm your breathing, or steady your body. To active the calming side of our nervous systems we must practice something somatic that integrates the body and the mind which helps to activate the proper systems to help calm your body’s systems. Just a thought to consider if nothing is helping with your “mental illness”. I found dramatic results after working in my body instead of in my head. So is it your brain or your nervous system causing your anxiety?

Echinacea is a plant used as an herbal supplement. It may help support immune activity and has been studied for anti-inflammatory effects, meaning it may influence how the body responds to irritation or infection. This herb may interact with immunosuppressants, cancer medicines, organ transplant rejection drugs, warfarin, steroid medications, and possibly caffeine. Because interactions can be harmful, people taking any regular medicine should check with a clinician before using echinacea.

🌿 What Nutrients Soil Needs to Grow Healthy Food 🌿

• Nitrogen 👎
Fuels leafy growth and vibrant green color
(Think: lush lettuce, strong stems)

• Phosphorus (P)
Supports root development, flowering, and fruiting
(Critical for strong roots and healthy harvests)

• Potassium (K)
Boosts overall plant health, disease resistance, and water regulation
(Helps plants stay resilient under stress)

✨ Secondary Nutrients (Still Essential!)

• Calcium
Strengthens cell walls and supports root and leaf structure

• Magnesium
Key part of chlorophyll, helps plants photosynthesize

• Sulfur
Important for protein formation and plant metabolism

🌱 Micronutrients (Needed in Small Amounts, Big Impact)

• Iron – Helps with chlorophyll production
• Zinc – Supports growth hormones and development
• Copper – Aids in reproduction and enzyme activity
• Manganese – Assists in photosynthesis
• Boron – Important for cell growth and pollination
• Molybdenum – Helps plants use nitrogen effectively

💧 Bonus: Not a nutrient, but just as vital

• Water – Transports nutrients through the soil
• Oxygen (in soil air) – Keeps roots and microbes alive
• Organic Matter – Feeds beneficial microbes and improves soil structure

Healthy soil = living soil.
Feed the ground, and it feeds everything above it 🌎💚

Started a new project with the family been slowly cleaning out theses “flower beds” that were here before us they were basically mini landfills… the flowers and fresh soil were my replacement to this smallest no longer landfill flower bed 😅
The larger one is going to hold a large two-tier garden bed with a pacific redwood stain on the wood. ✨🥳 growing some food to sustain the family and provide cheaper naturally grown foods and herbs to our diet.
