It's been almost 4 months since God called you home. Today you get to celebrate your 14th bitthday in heaven, no pain, no hospital, no tubes, no bags, no brain damage, no silence from your mouth, and no suffering. I know you are up in heaven, running, jumping, talking and doing everything that you did not get to do on earth. Grandma Nette misses you dearly, but I know God never makes a mistake when he calls our love ones home. I got to spend 13 years with you even though they were not under the best circumstances. The doctors said would only get a couple years with you after your first cardiac arrest, but God had other plans, he gave us 11.5 years. I am sad and grateful at the same time because of that. BUT GOD

I cannot stress this enough, working out is only a 20% factor of your weight loss jorney. You can miss the gym and eat right and show progress, quit making missing the gym a factor because it's really not the issue. It's mainly your eating habits.

Also, supplements are not the key either, you can get all your nutritional needs from food. Quit spending money on products that may not even work. Remember it's a business, so they are worried about their wealth and not your health.

It's a marathon and not a sprint. Just because you don't see progress the first couple of weeks, does not mean it is not working, let your body adjust to the change.

IF IT WAS EASY, WE WOULD ALL BE HEALTHY AND THERE WOULD BE NO PRODUCTS OUT HERE CLAIMING WHAT IT CAN DO, NO GYMS, ETC.

KEEP EATING HEALTHY, @ LEAST 30 MINUTES OF ANY TYPE OF MOVEMENT, GET YOUR WATER IN AND YOU WILL SEE A CHANGE.

GET YOUR DIET RIGHT. GET YOUR MIND RIGHT.

You don't have to eat like me, because my journey is different than yours. There are plenty of folks out here to help you with your nutritional needs. Sometimes hiring someone rather than following your friend's diet/excercise plan may be best for you.

Good morning everyone. Today was a struggle to get these miles in. Just remember every run, workout, diet, etc is not going to be your best, but that never means give up. Keep pushing, because change is coming. Trust the process it works if you stick to it.

The rain would not let us be great outdoors, but we did great indoors. She ran while I climbed stairs for over an hour. I truly have a love/hate relationship with the stairmaster, but I am never disappointed with the challenge.

Had my first breakfast, instead of just adding water and shaking in a cup it makes me feel like I have a strawberry milkshake by adding ice and blending, plus I added two strawberries. You have s**e your mind out sometimes when you are on a very strict diet.

The best $29 a month, I spend on gym membership. Over 10,000 gyms to choose from. Got my hour cardio in this morning before I teach my class. Don't feel like carrying a cup around for your after workout protein shake, use these snack bags and add water when you are ready to drink.

Also remember the gym is only 20% of the journey, your diet is 80%.

Hit the stairmaster this morning before getting a 4.68 mile run with my crew. THESE LADIES ROCK. This was not a good run for me this morning, but guess what every run will not be perfect, as long as you completed what you set out to do and finished, that's what counts. There will always road blocks in the way, but don't let that stop you.

So this happened this morning, I wanted to get in a 30 minute fast run with the ladies, and was worried I would not be able to keep up, but my HITT training kicked in and we crushed it. Quit doubting yourself and keep pushing, you never know what you have in you until you try it.
