Our Pregnancy and Child Loss Group is a safe place for parents and families carrying the grief of miscarriage, stillbirth, infant loss, pregnancy loss, or child loss.

This group was created to offer support, connection, and community in a space where your grief does not have to be hidden, explained, or rushed.

Here, you are allowed to speak your child’s name.
You are allowed to cry.
You are allowed to laugh at memories.
You are allowed to simply sit quietly and be surrounded by people who understand.

Together we hold space for the complicated emotions that come with loss while reminding one another that no one should have to walk this journey alone.

As a doula office, we offer a compassionate and judgment-free environment where parents can process grief, share their stories if they want to, and receive support from others who truly understand the weight of losing a baby or child.

Some meetings may include gentle activities, remembrance projects, conversations about healing, coping tools, education surrounding grief, or simply time together in community.

There is no timeline for grief and no “right” way to carry loss.

Whether your loss was recent or years ago, you are welcome here. Your baby matters. Your child matters. And your story matters too.

We normally meet at our office on Thursdays at 6:00, but temporarily the group has been moved to Fridays at 5:15 because I currently have overnight shifts in Steamboat on Thursdays.

This June and July, West Twin Cinema is excited to offer FREE movies for kids and their families every Friday starting June 5th! ❤️

Looking for a way to beat the summer heat? Come cool off with us in the air conditioning, enjoy a family-friendly movie on the big screen, and make some fun summer memories together right here in downtown Craig.

We wanted to create something special for our community this summer — a fun and affordable way for families to get out of the house, relax, and enjoy time together.

📅 Every Friday beginning June 5th
🎥 Doors open at 1:00 PM, Movie starts at 2:00 PM
🎟️ Admission is FREE
❄️ Cool air, great movies, and family fun all summer long!
🍿 Our concession stand will be OPEN during all movies with popcorn, candy, drinks, and all your favorite movie snacks available for purchase.

Bring the kids, invite some friends, and spend your Friday afternoons at the movies this summer! We can’t wait to see everyone at West Twin Cinema! ☀️🍿

Our Pregnancy, Postpartum, and Parenthood Group (mom group) is a place where all moms can come together for support, connection, encouragement, and community through every stage of motherhood.

We meet on Saturdays at 10:00 because we know weekdays don’t work for everyone and we wanted working moms to be able to come too.

Each week looks a little different depending on what we’re doing, but our goal is always the same creating a safe, welcoming village where moms and babies are supported.

In our group we talk about pregnancy, postpartum recovery, breastfeeding, bottle feeding, mental health, relationships, parenting struggles, milestones, and all the real parts of motherhood that people don’t always talk about.

We also do fun things together like walks, park meetups, wave pool and lake, crafts, coffee mornings, brunch, mom’s night out, dinner, outings, and seasonal activities for moms and babies.

As a doula office, we also offer hands-on support, education, resources, and guidance while helping moms build friendships and lasting connections with others who understand what this season of life can feel like.

Whether you’re pregnant for the first time, newly postpartum, or years into motherhood, you are welcome here.

Shout out to Christopher and his crew! He was kind and on top of it while hauling stuff to the dump during my spring cleaning project.

Communication was great, he even showed up early (which was a blessing) and went above and beyond by making an extra trip to take chairs to Axes.

Really appreciate the hard work and reliability. I highly recommend hiring him!

In our teen pregnancy, postpartum, and parenthood group we met at the park to have burgers and catch up after the long holiday weekend.

They danced in the rain and I rocked fussy babies (because everyone needs a break once in a while!)

We laughed, processed hard things, and offered ways to help one another, like we do in this village!
We even caught a beautiful sunset. Just being together, supporting each other, and having fun.

Our Teen Pregnancy, Postpartum, and Parenthood Group is more than just a meet-up it’s a safe, supportive space where you can come exactly as you are and find your village.

We meet on Tuesdays at 6:00, most often at our office located at 1280 Industrial Ave, Suite 103.

As a doula practice, we get the honor to walk alongside you through every stage. In our group, you’ll find a mix of support, education, connection, and fun!

-Real, judgment-free conversations about pregnancy, postpartum, and parenting

-Help navigating emotions, relationships, and big life transitions

-Infant feeding support including breastfeeding and bottle feeding guidance

-Hands-on learning like diapering, soothing techniques, and newborn care

-Postpartum recovery support and what to expect in your body and mind

-Access to our FREE giving corner with essentials for pregnancy, postpartum, and babies!

-Opportunities to ask questions you might not feel comfortable asking elsewhere
