Our Story

I am a South Brunswick resident, happily married to my husband, and mother of my sweet and kind 10 year old daughter. For the past 15 years, I have been practicing as a Physical Therapist in out patient settings. I am trained and experienced in treating Musculo-skeletal, Pelvic Floor and Vestibular Disorders.

With encouragement from friends and family, 2.5 years ago, I started a small Physical Therapy Private Practice. Setting up a practice was a whole new experience- a bit harrowing and quite overwhelming at times. With a very supportive family, as well as a team of dedicated people working with you, everything is possible and every problem can be solved. So here we are today an independent private Physical Therapy practice serving our community.

We take pride in providing 1:1 effective and efficient care to our patients in a fun and relaxed environment. Our patients are engaged in their recovery process and well equipped to manage their symptoms through self treatment techniques as well as general mindfulness. We develop a long term professional relationship with our patients and are always available to address any questions or concerns pertaining to rehabilitation, even after their discharge from our clinic. Our clinical staff is very passionate about the profession of physical rehabilitation. We strive to stay updated with advances in this field. In order to provide comprehensive care to our patients we maintain open communication with the other clinicians in their healthcare team.

We take care of the billing process in house, which helps us stay transparent with our billing practices. I think we are finally building the kind of private practice that I always wanted to be a part of, for past few years.
