✨Update from Africa✨ Late last month, continued his work of spreading the power of yoga to populations throughout Sierra Leone. He traveled across the country to Kenema and taught to a group of approximately 40 young yogis. 🙏🏽Nice work, Edward! 🙌🏽

Outreach update from Edward in Sierra Leone! Over the past month, he’s continued his work leading several yoga and mindfulness sessions with youth in Makeni City, at the Kamatho Community and from a local soccer team.
