I wanted to share where my focus is right now 🤍
Through Holistic Healing and Health (HHH), we’re building a long-term, whole-person program for Veterans and First Responders—beginning with immersive retreats and continuing with structured, ongoing support.

🌟At the moment, I’m focusing conversations and relationship-building in:
Reno/Northern Nevada, North Central Texas, Indiana, North Carolina, and Florida.

If you know someone in these areas who might be interested in learning more, supporting the mission, or simply having a conversation, I’d be grateful for an introduction or message.

HHH is opening the waitlist for our holistic healing program — a single, connected experience designed to support long-term recovery and growth.
This program includes:
✨ A retreat
✨ An 11-week healing continuum
✨ Continued monthly group support
All parts are intentionally woven together as one program, offered at no cost to participants. Space is limited, and joining begins with an RSVP to our waitlist.
