Sometimes we're not quite sure what to do.
Whether in a relationship, in a job, or in the yoga room with our students.
When in doubt, it can help to orient ourselves to service.
It can be the little things.
Changing the class plan to meet the students in front of us.
Getting the thing off the high shelf for your mom.
Brushing the old cat that has a hard time grooming itself.
Giving ourselves an extra moment to move from, "What is best for me?" to "What is needed here?"
PS: Those of your familiar with Evan Smoak will note that Evan's rule is, "When in doubt, do nothing." This can also be useful strategy, if how to be of service is unclear. (Or if you are a deadly former black ops assassin.)
