What are the hours for the COVID testing center in Crestwood, IL? The Center is open Monday through Saturday, opening at 8 a.m.

Do I need an appointment to visit the Crestview COVID testing location? Yes. Testing is done by appointment only.

How do I make an appointment? Schedule your Alzein COVID Testing Center appointment by clicking here.

You will be directed to Hematogenix Lab to make your appointment. Hematogenix will ask you to complete a symptom screening, complete a waiver and identification information and any possible exposures. You’ll select an appointment date and time and then receive a confirmation number.

When you arrive on your scheduled day and time, please follow the signs to the Alzein COVID Testing Center area. Please do not leave your vehicle and please be sure everyone in your car is masked when our healthcare providers approach.

How long does the COVID testing take? The test will be quick – less than 2 minutes total after we check you in – and then you are on your way!

How is the test administered and analyzed? The testing is done by swabbing your nasal cavity and your throat. Tests are analyzed by Hematogenix.

How accurate is this COVID test? Our drive-through Alzein COVID Testing Center offers the PCR test, also called the molecular test, which detects the virus with a polymerase chain reaction technique (PCR), which is nearly 100% accurate.

When will I get my test results? Results are confidentially emailed to you by Hematogenix within 48 hours.
