NOVEMBER MINDFUL KIDS & TWEENS!
In the middle of the school semester and before the holiday craziness, your kids may benefit from some mindfulness time!
Mindfulness can help kids find a space of calm, supports emotional regulation, and increases empathy in a world of stress and stimuli. This workshop will introduce students to key elements of secular mindfulness practice.
They will learn about their minds, and how mindful bodies, breathing, and listening can help them find a calm space. Practicing these daily is believed to help children with stress resilience and can assist them in improved learning, behavior, and empathy.
