I am going to be closing my business effective immediately. I LOVE being a coach and learned in the process that I don’t love owning my own business.

I have a great job and am still a certified coach, I just prefer to work for an established business! It’s all part of the journey…. Learning what you like and what you despise….. Thank you to all my clients. It was an honor to be part of your healing journey!💚

I like to share things that resonate with me. This book, which is also on audible, is an easy to read/listen to book that not only validates your experience, but also gives practical tips that you can use right now to start feeling better. truly “gets it” and inspires you to trust the science and believe that your body can heal.

Tonight’s the night! I’m giving a talk about my Lyme story and how producing a documentary helped me to heal. Come support tonight at in Stratford at 6pm! I’m so excited to speak in front of a live audience again! It’s been too long!

Happy Mother’s Day. These guys gave me that title many years ago….. I’ll take it. It’s probably the most important thing I’ve done so far. Raising humans without a direction manual while battling chronic illness is not how I planned on being a mom, but it’s what happened.
