Announcement: I no longer will be stocking the briar patch, but a friend will continue to have it stocked with fresh elderberry syrup for convenience pick up at the briar patch in Crossville.

If you have any other elderberry needs I will still be making it for special orders, and personal use. You're welcome to contact me for orders if you like, and as always our dry kits are also available for shipping.

Now that Thanksgiving is over it's cookie season! I mean Christmas ;)

This year I am offering Pre- orders on our favorite Homemade Christmas cookies! We make ever year way too many and still run out!

Each order will be put into a cute tin if you would like for a gift option. Can be a mix and match tin can fit about 15-20 cookies or single orders.

Here is some kinds I know so far will probably add to list!

- Swedish creme wafer cookies- they are addicting, popable, amazing things! With a wafer cookie, sweet butter filling and a hint of almond. 😄 $15/doz

- Homemade turtles- a crunchy pretzel with a carmel and chocolate center with a pecan on top. $10/doz

- Peanut Butter Preztels- a sweet peanut butter mixture sandwiched between to Preztels and dipped in chocolate. Perfect combo of salty and sweet! $10/doz

-Hot cocoa cookies- a yummy chocolate cookie with a powder sugar sprinkle! $10/doz

-Raspberry Almond Shortbread cookies- The most amazing simple shortbread filled with a Raspberry jam center and an almond glaze! $15/doz
