my client came to me frustrated with her acne and texture after seeing a dermatologist who immediately put her on accutane. (do we see a pattern here 🐸☕️)

after just a couple of weeks she decided she did not want to pursue that route and luckily found me 🧚🏻‍♀️

she has only had three treatments from me and been on a strict home care regimen customized and hand picked by me.

home care is EVERYTHING guys! I cannot stress that enough or be more annoying about it hehe. compliance is so important and following what your skin professional has given you to do. you won’t see amazing results without it and your results won’t last. invest wisely!

with that being said, I am so happy for my client. her results are going to continue to get better and better. her acne is now almost completely gone and soon we will be able to microneedle any hyperpigmentation away 🧚🏻‍♀️✨

ever heard of hyaluronic acid? well watch out because beta-glucan is the new hyaluronic acid and she’s 20% more hydrating than her inferior 🤘🏼 and luckily for us, that’s beta gels main ingredient.

beta-glucan can pe*****te the skin into the epidermis and dermis, balancing the skin from the inside out (something hyaluronic acid can’t do).

she also can increase synthesis of collagen up to 32% to rejuvenate and tighten the skin…let’s look forever young 🥳

just a friendly reminder that you’re beautiful and worthy if you have acne & needed to hear it today 🖤

skin isn’t meant to be perfect. it’s okay to have bumps, pimples, texture, stretch marks, birthmarks, scars, etc.

I used to be so sad over my acne and I felt so ugly. I was embarrassed to take my makeup off in front of everyone, even my family.

I became a results driven esthetician because after suffering for SO long, I wanted to help others achieve the skin they dreamt of and thought only accutane could cure.

but please remember, just because it’s my job to help my clients improve their skin, it doesn’t mean you should feel ashamed for having any sort of “imperfections.”

it can be crippling sometimes, trust me I get it. but try your hardest to remember that your skin doesn’t define who you are 🤍

y’all..this is a TWO WEEK DIFFERENCE + ONLY using home care 🤯 I have not even touched her skin yet!

my gorgeous and incredibly sweet client came to frustrated after seeing a dermatologist who was zero help to her and only added to her acne & inflammation concerns.

we agreed that we needed to take action with my acne bootcamp program.

this is what runs through every skin professionals head every time we hear someone say “well I had a facial and I broke out so I stopped seeing that esthetician” or “I’ve seen you for one facial but my acne is still on my face” and last but not least “I used that moisturizer one time and it broke me out.”

ladies and gents it takes patience, consistency and trust 🤞🏼

you can’t genuinely judge your skin treatment or products after just a few times 🤷‍♀️ acne doesn’t disappear over night. if it did, estheticians wouldn’t really have much of a job and accutane wouldn’t be a thing.

it’s not easy, trust me I know. but I promise if you can stick to those three things you WILL see results. it will be worth it ✨

I hope y’all have an amazing day!

I’m so excited for this week. Not only did I hit a few huge milestones for my business but Luxe Skin Aesthetics officially hit six figures.

I never in a million years did I think that would happen (in the midst of a pandemic no less). When I started my business I was hoping to just make some extra $ for my family and to fulfill my passion.

Now I get to do that and continue my education (esthetician pro tip: education NEVER ends! always keep learning) while proving the TOP skin revision in my area and northern Alabama.

I dropped out of college for this. with a $5k loan I built this. no coaches…nothing. female owned and female run ✌🏼

thank you guys for supporting my small business. if it wasn’t for you I wouldn’t be able to live out my dream every day. for you, I am SO grateful.

from the bottom of my heart….thank you. to every client who’s walked into my first suite a little over a year ago, to every client who’s come in and maybe not come back, to every client who is loyal to me and comes back every appointment, and to every client who shares special and intimate things about their lives with me…..just know I am beyond grateful for you.
