A few of us in Culpeper felt it was important to have a place where people with disabilities or their family members could come together to share what it means to have a disability and what it means to have a disability in Culpeper. Members of this community can turn this into an incredible opportunity to share, learn and make a difference or not! I only ask that people be respectful of each other.
