I start every coaching session by asking the client to report 3 wins, and itโs amazing how difficult it can be sometimes. We are all hard wired to focus on the negative and overlook the positive! โฃ

Then we continue in our session, and by the end weโve highlighted about 10 new successes that they hadnโt even noticed. And guess what? These wins really matter. โฃ
