I went back to ballet on International Dance Day. I took a free class, it's a blur...Then I went to Las Vegas Ballet Company aka KWAK Ballet Academy, I've been there since. Good instruction, small classes, sprung Marley floor. The children's program is of course the main draw, they are in rehearsal for Nutcracker.

My knees feel okay. I don't think worse for the wear, we don't jump a lot. Considering what I have done for a living since I was 25 my knees are doing quite well, then add on all the ballet classes over the years.

I’ve been back to ballet for 3 weeks. Hard work. Knees are holding.
