I’m not jumping on here with a before-and-after photo.
I’m not doing a glamour shot.
And I’m definitely not becoming one of those ā€œlook at my amazing lifeā€ influencers.

Y’all know that’s not me.

But… every now and then, something comes along that genuinely shakes you awake in the best way. And this one did it for me.

Over these last few months, I’ve been digging deeper into the gut, the microbiome, GLP-1, inflammation, and everything going on in our society’s health right now. And honestly—it’s eye-opening.

We recently had an incredible doctor do a full training for our team, and I had the chance to listen.
It blessed my socks off.

We also don't need as much protein as people are pushing. I should get about 50 grams of protein a day. Easy with plants and healthy carbs and legumes. Most people are getting way too much protein. Yes you can lose weight on a keto diet, but at what cost to your body long term avoiding carbs?
