This was my view when I walked into Costco. Anyone else notice this? 👀
This May it is 22 years since I have been off all of my prescription asthma and allergy medicine, and I couldn’t be more grateful. 🙏🏻
For as long as I couldn’t remember, I was on allergy shots and prescription meds and told that because my biological mom had allergies and asthma, this was genetic, and there was nothing else that could be done. 🤧
When I was pregnant with Braden, I had to get off of all of my prescription meds. I’m not gonna lie, I was nervous because I had taken them for almost 30 years. 😳
Red flag🚩! The fact that I was not allowed to take them during my pregnancy 🙀
At the same time, my BFF introduced me to Juice Plus so I could get extra nutrition during my pregnancy. Little did I think that almost 22 years later would I not only still be taking it but still sharing it after 20 years so I could help others.
By the end of the pregnancy, I realized that my allergies and asthma were getting better and I did not need to go back on the prescription meds. As a matter of fact, I didn’t even go on over-the-counter. I’m now able to make it through allergy season without anything.
What I know now that I wish I knew then? Healing my gut with the fiber that it needed to strengthen my immune system. Juice Plus was the catalyst to open my eyes to see that my body was screaming for nutrition to heal.
Slowly, I added in simple changes, like eating more fruits and vegetables and trying to reduce and eliminate processed foods, sugar, dairy, etc.
If you are sick and tired of being sick and tired during allergy season or let’s be honest, year-round. I would love to help.
