Ian is amazing!!!

Dr S would like to give a huge SHOUT OUT to Ian Swain for driving me back from the air port. I was super thankful for the opportunity to sit back and relax and let him do the driving after a fun and productive trip. If you need a ride, I highly recommend Ian.

I love to enjoy the spring blooms and flowers, but absolutely do not love the work that is necessary to make that happen. However, knowing the beauty that will come from my efforts, is the perfect motivation to follow through.

Therapy can be the same. With a commitment to show up, do the work, pruning the old and keeping faith in the new. You will bloom and blossom into the beautiful person you've always been.

💕Saint Valentines wasn't about romantic love. He shared the message to love and help others.

As your therapist, today I encourage SELF LOVE . Because so many of us miss that mark. Love youself where you're at, who you are, what you have or don't have. Step outside yourself today and be that someone for another someone, who may be alone, depressed or never thought of.
