🏃‍♀️Runfit is back and it starts THIS SATURDAY at 9am!

Want to work up to being able to walk or run a 5k? Or maybe you just want a group of friends to keep you accountable while you work to stay consistent?!

In this program, you will have 2 workouts sent to you to complete on your own each week and you will meet up once a week for a group workout/run/walk.

You also have an accountability group to check in with once you get those at home workouts in AND coaching from Kristi along the way!

On December 20th, the group will also sign up for a 5k run together as a final hooray to being able to complete the program.
(This will be a separate sign up and fee directly to the people hosting the run)

Kristen does a great job offering modifications and you have FULL FREEDOM on your mat. If what you need is to hang out in child’s pose the whole class NO ONE will judge you!

Or, if you want to bump it up a notch and add in extra moves, NO ONE will judge you! 👏🏼

🫶🏻This class is so great for anyone who lifts weights and needs to add some mobility work into their tight/growing muscles.

🖤It’s also wonderful for anyone who struggles with their mobility or even just slowing down long enough to listen to their body.

We naturally lose mobility over time if we don’t intentionally work on it. This class will leave you feeling more free in your joints and also give you some moves you can repeat at home. 🙌
