Having this with some green beans for lunch. Trick with this is don’t microwave it. I microwave to de frost it (I put mine in the freezer). One de thawed I cook in the air fryer. I season it a little though it’s a little seasoned already. Quick and easy protein.

Sorry I haven’t posted in a few days my friends. I was in the process of purchasing a vehicle. I was able to play let’s make a deal and get her 💜💜💜. Now that that’s done I’ll try to be back to posting on here. Sorry I stepped away for a minute. Had to put my focus elsewhere for a bit.

One good thing about being a Cajun is the seafood. And my favorite is shrimp. Seafood is such a good source of protein.

I haven’t been doing what I eat in a day. I’m sorry friends. I’ve been really busy with work. Long story short I’m trying to pay off my car faster so I can get a new one. So I’ve been picking up extra shifts. Working that overtime lol. So I haven’t had much free time. Basically by the time I come home from work I have about an hour and a half to cook, eat, shower, and mellow out before it’s bedtime and we repeat the day. I’m trying to make up for it by posting more videos. I hope you continue to follow along.

Listen. I’ve been saying this. I’m a saucy girl. I love me some sauce lol. But all those sauces have a ton of calories. If you’re eating a lot of sauce those calories can be as much as your meal. Like dressing. You think you’re doing good eating a salad but if it’s drenched in salad dressing you probably added 300 calories or more to that salad making it unhealthy. Beware of where your calories are coming from. That’s why I say when you’re doing a lifestyle change calorie count. You’ll be surprised where your calories are coming from. Empty calories at that.
