Ok so I’m trying to be better at taking pictures again lol

What I ate today. Breakfast was coffee with vital proteins. Wonton cups. They had a little scrambled egg, air fried potato and some sliced ham.

Lunch (ok I forgot to take a pic until I was almost done lol) chicken and herb lean cuisine. I ate almost all the chicken to get the protein in and a few bites of the potatoes and broccoli.

Dinner is a crockpot fiesta chicken (no rice)

Did pretty good yesterday. I forgot to put on here what I had. But I did remember to take a screen shot at the end of the day of my macros. I remember for dinner I had just bare chicken strips. Lunch I had ground meat and some baked potato bake. I can’t remember breakfast besides coffee with vital proteins. I made some cheese sticks with pizza quest chips. I had strawberry protein Cheerios.

Don’t sleep on overnight oats. So good and oats are a carb. So it’s filling and will give you energy. I like a simple one with peanut butter and honey. Now be careful because oats is a calorie dense food. But it’s a good carb. Get you going in the morning.

Made the cheese sticks. No baby bells. So I cut a mozzarella stick in half and did it like that. I did 3 cheese sticks and about 2/3 bag of quest pizza chips. So calories are around 335 and protein about 29 grams.

Yesterday I had
Breakfast which was coffee with vital protein and some chopped air fried potato. Lunch was a little ground meat wipes with Birds Eye potato bake. Dinner was a lean cuisine. Snack was half a built bar. Later in the evening I got hungry so I had two small eggrolls. Did decent.

I’ve been forgetting to take pictures of my food. I need to start doing that again.

What I ate yesterday:

Breakfast was coffee with vital proteins. One and a half scrambled eggs. Lunch was my half of left over burger from the day before. But after a few bites I literally just ate the hamburger patty. I ate some of the fries. Afternoon snack was some cottage cheese with quest pizza chips. Dinner was a sausage with Dijon mustard. Night time snack was some dry ranch edame.

I was under my calories and hit my protein goal for the day. I’m back on track to being better.

It’s Mardi Gras time here. I actually went to a parade. Something I haven’t done in years. So I backally didn’t count calories. Breakfast was pjs banana fosters coffee with their bacon egg and cheese biscuit. Well half of that. Around 1 i had a zero sugar energy drink and a bag of nuts. Around 3 i was forced to eat a few bites of burger and a few fires with my second zero sugar energy drink. I had dinner with my love around 7. Again a few bites of burger and fries. I wasn’t really hungry yesterday.

I know my weight is at a stand still because I haven’t been doing the things I need to do. I know I need to be correct. It’s all on me. But I haven’t gained back but one pounds so I won’t be too upset. Today it’s a new day, a new week. I’m off. I’ll sit down with my fitness pal and plan out my next few days of meals.
