Phones are once again out at our office. They are supposed to come check them tomorrow morning. In the meantime for Dr Lewis, call the hospital and explain to them that you are his patient and they will put you in contact with him. Thanks!

Our office is closed until July 31 , 2023. For illnesses or emergencies go to the UTC or ER if needed. For prescription refills, call your pharmacy and request that they send an electronic request to the office. Someone will be in each morning and afternoon to complete those requests.

It is with great sadness and heavy hearts that we announce the passing of our dear friend and amazing employee, Sissie Levi😢. Please be patient and understanding with our office staff as we attempt to cover the jobs that she did. Please keep her sweet family in your prayers - it’s been such a tragic week for them💔💔. Thank you for your patience and understanding.
