Thanks to CBCT-3D xray, we found the MB2 of the molar. The pt has pain for quite sometimes after root canal therapy..! The treatment was done by dr. Do with minimal invasive..!

Another tough surgery was done today. Knife edge ridge, very limited mouth opening which mades the surgery very difficult In terms of implant parallelism and correct angulation. It was fun..,,! Thanks all AL dental team..!
