team. He is always willing to adapt to any situation without
hesitation or complaint — a quality that is rare and invaluable in a
fast-moving clinical environment. He is extremely diligent with every
task assigned to him, following through consistently and with a level
of ownership that goes beyond what is asked.

Jacob is a true team player who genuinely cares about the people
around him and the organization he serves. He demonstrates proactive
leadership by looking ahead at schedules, catching potential issues
before they become problems, and making adjustments collaboratively
without being asked. He has sought out feedback on how to grow and
improve, approaching his own development with the same diligence he
brings to his work.
