Overbites, underbites, or crossbites can lead to premature tooth wear and gum tissue damage. Invisible braces can extend the life of your teeth by correcting your bite.
It’s easier to remove plaque and bacteria if your teeth are straight, which means you’re reducing your risk of developing gum disease.
Invisible braces shift every tooth to their ideal position, which gives you a nicely-aligned smile that’s pleasing to the eye.
It’s tricky to brush and floss properly if you have crooked or overlapping teeth. Straight teeth make it easier to keep your teeth and gums healthy at home.
Researchers have found that people wearing traditional dentures or have not replaced missing teeth have a higher risk for malnutrition because it’s more difficult to chew fruits, vegetables, nuts, and meat. This means they sometimes avoid these nutritious foods. If you suspect this is a problem, please talk to us about dental implants. They’re a strong, long-term solution that lets you eat anything you’d like — even steak, apples, and corn on the cob!
Dental implants are a permanent, natural-looking replacement for missing teeth. Whether it’s for a single missing tooth, multiple missing teeth, or securing a denture, we have the solution. Call us today to learn more!

How do you care for your child’s teeth?
Start cleaning your baby’s mouth before they have teeth. Use a baby toothbrush or a soft, clean, damp cloth or gauze to gently wipe their gums. Don’t use toothpaste until their teeth emerge.
Begin brushing when they have four teeth. Use a child-sized toothbrush with soft bristles and a small amount of toothpaste — about the size of a grain of rice. Gently brush their teeth in circles for two minutes.
At three years old, children can start brushing their own teeth with help. Use a pea-sized amount of toothpaste. Make sure they spit out any toothpaste and saliva after they finish brushing.
Children are usually ready to begin brushing their own teeth at age six. It helps to use a timer to let them know how long they need to keep brushing.

DentalImplants
Dental implants require precision planning. X-rays pinpoint the exact location of the jaw and sinus cavity before the surgery.
Identifyabnormalities
Abnormalities (such as cysts and tumors) can show up on your X-ray even in the earliest stages. If that happens, we can refer you to an oral and maxillofacial surgeon — a dentist who can remove tumors and cysts.
Recordyourhistorytotrackteeth
New patients benefit from having a full set of X-rays taken so we can check the condition of your teeth, roots, jaw placement, and composition of your facial bones.
OrhtodonticTreatments
X-rays that map out teeth and jaw placement help us develop a plan for orthodontic treatments.
Catchhiddencavatieswithxray
We can’t always see a cavity forming between teeth or underneath a dental restoration. X-rays can show hidden decay that we wouldn’t otherwise find.

For children and teens, X-rays help us find any missing adult teeth, impacted teeth, or unerupted teeth. X-rays also help us monitor the results of a treatment.
