Sour candy fans, this one’s illegal.

You’ve never had strawberries like this. Ever.

Kool-Aid Grape Sour Strawberries

Ingredients
- 1 classic green plastic pint basket of Driscoll's Fresh Strawberries
- 1 iconic purple paper packet of Kool-Aid Grape Unsweetened Drink Mix
- 1 bright yellow bag of Domino Premium Pure Cane Granulated Sugar
- 1 freshly squeezed lemon
- 1 box of Ziploc brand sandwich bags

Instructions
1. Wash and hull the Driscoll's Strawberries. Slice in half and pat completely dry with paper towels. If they’re wet, the coating won’t stick.
2. Squeeze fresh lemon juice over the berry halves. Toss lightly until every piece is glossy and sticky.
3. In a Ziploc bag, add the whole Kool-Aid Grape packet plus a generous scoop of Domino Sugar. Seal and shake into deep-purple candy dust.
4. Drop the lemon-kissed strawberries into the bag. Seal and shake hard until every half is coated in purple frost.
5. Freeze for 2 hours. Eat straight from the freezer.

They’re tart, sweet, icy, and taste like grape candy exploded on fresh berries.

This is the snack that will have your whole group hovering by the freezer door. Make double or regret it.

Kool-Aid Pink Lemonade Sour Watermelon Cubes

Ingredients
- 1 large clear plastic tub of fresh-cut watermelon chunks from the produce section
- 1 iconic pink paper packet of Kool-Aid Pink Lemonade Unsweetened Drink Mix
- 1 bright yellow bag of Domino Premium Pure Cane Granulated Sugar
- 1 freshly squeezed lemon
- 1 box of Ziploc brand sandwich bags

Instructions
1. Dab watermelon chunks with paper towels until no juice is left on the surface. Dry cubes = perfect candy shell.
2. Roll the lemon on the counter, cut it, and squeeze juice over all the watermelon. Toss to coat.
3. Pour the entire Kool-Aid packet into a Ziploc bag. Add Domino Sugar like you mean it. Seal and shake into a bright pink tart powder.
4. Add the sticky watermelon cubes. Seal the bag and shake until every piece is coated in pink frost.
5. Freeze for 2 hours. Do not touch them before then or you’ll ruin the magic.

Sour, sweet, and so cold it gives you brain freeze if you eat too fast. Worth it.

Make extra. This batch will be gone before the sun goes down.

Tortellini Pasta Salad

Ingredients
- Cheese tortellini
- Cherry tomatoes, halved
- Cucumber, diced
- Red onion, thinly sliced
- Black olives, sliced
- Mini mozzarella balls (pearls)
- Pepperoni slices, quartered

Dressing & Extras
- Zesty Italian dressing
- Grated parmesan cheese

How to make it
1. Cook tortellini until just tender. Drain, rinse cold, and let it dry. Soggy pasta ruins the vibe.
2. In a big bowl: cold tortellini + tomatoes + cucumber + red onion + olives + mozzarella + pepperoni.
3. Pour zesty Italian dressing over the top. Be generous. This is not the time to count calories.
4. Add grated parmesan like you mean it. Toss until everything looks glossy.
5. Chill 30–60 minutes. The longer it sits, the better it gets.

Every bite is salty, zesty, and loaded with cheese. It’s basically an Italian sub in pasta salad form.

Screen record this recipe. You’ll be making it for every BBQ until September.

Zero Point Air Fryer Ranch Chicken Tenders

What you need
- Chicken tenders
- 1 packet Hidden Valley Ranch seasoning mix
- Garlic powder
- Onion powder
- Black pepper
- Nonstick cooking spray

How to make it
1. Season: Add chicken tenders to a bowl. Sprinkle with ranch seasoning mix, garlic powder, onion powder, and pepper. Toss until every piece is fully coated.
2. Rest: Let the seasoned chicken sit for 10–15 minutes. This helps the flavor stick and keeps it juicy.
3. Prep air fryer: Spray the air fryer basket with nonstick spray. Place chicken in a single layer, not touching. Lightly spray the tops of the chicken.
4. Cook: Air fry at 380°F for 20 minutes total. Flip halfway through at the 10-minute mark.
5. Check: Chicken is done when the outside is crispy and internal temp hits 165°F.

Result: Crispy outside, juicy inside, and Zero Points.

Meal prep tip: Make a double batch. They reheat great in the air fryer for 3–4 minutes at 375°F.

You know those frozen chocolate-dipped raspberries every store is charging crazy money for?
Make them yourself for a fraction of the price.

Grab frozen raspberries — I find them cheaper and way easier to work with than fresh. Dip each one in melted white chocolate and set on a lined baking sheet. By the time you dip the last one, the first will already be set.

Then dunk them all in dark chocolate, back onto the lined sheet, and freeze for about 20 minutes.

Store them in a freezer bag and they’ll keep for 3 months... if they even last that long. Tag someone who needs to stop overpaying for snacks.

Whoever thought of this — absolute genius! The perfect crispy, melty, high-protein, low-carb snack!
Slice thick onion rings, separate them, and toss in a ziplock bag with a drizzle of olive oil, a sprinkle of garlic powder, smoked paprika, shredded mozzarella or cheddar, and a pinch of salt. Shake to coat evenly, then air fry at 400°F for 8–10 minutes until golden, melty, and crisp on the edges.
