God I Love these products!!!

So I haven’t posted in awhile about this, thanks to friends and family I decided it was time...

The version of me on the far left was not happy, or healthy enough, my self confidence had fallen and I had no idea how bad my weight had gotten. Today I am still not completely where I want to be but in all areas of my life I am getting healthier!

There truly is something to be said for tracking your progress in many ways. After The pictures in January I hit a wall a plateau... I got back on track found this and am rocking it so far down 88.5lbs total and 62.25 inches in total from The first picture. Since January and starting here in March I have dropped 13.75 inches and 30lbs of that total.

Aside from portion control I haven’t changed my eating and being I need knee replacements now approved for December I don’t do a lot of exercise I walk my dog for 1 mile 1-2 times a day that’s what my knees can handle.

Sooo happy I started this epic journey!
I am 53, have hypothyroidism (no function), am post complete hysterectomy (early menopause) and post gall bladder removal. Was lethargic, had weight gain, didn't sleep well (insomniac) and was at a pretty low place in my life. Spent 20 years working with doctors on my weight and lethargy concerns with no help. I tried every diet out there and finally gave up. I was too tired to even put make up on and hadn't for two years.
Then I began seeing posts about these supplements. I thought I'd give it one more try. So glad I took the chance! I have my life back! I have energy to get things accomplished, I sleep great, and my stomach not only doesn't hurt every time I eat anything but it is gone. I finally have hope! Hope to live a better, healthier life and hope to actually keep going to reach my weight loss goals. Life is so good!
