We are back from vacation! This week is almost fully booked with just a few 30 minutes sessions available on Wednesday and Friday.

Just a friendly reminder, my business is just me, myself, and I. I respond as soon as I can, during business hours I can text easier between clients than answer a phone call. To ensure availability, I recommend booking in advance to prioritize your future self. My booking software streamlines the scheduling process for both of us! Please note that a card on file is required to book. Rest assured, it won't be charged until the end of your session, which helps prevent no-shows.

Cupping! Definitely my favorite tool to use for those who can't handle deep pressure or they give me a little extra help while doing deep or quick sessions. These little suckers pull the tissue up and away while increasing blood flow. No I dont always use this many but when I do, I get a picture 🤩
