Leaders of Valor: Live in EXPECT-AND-SEE Mode and Take Action on what you've been Promised!

Hi LOV,

Blessing from The LORD to you in 2025. What are you expecting this year? How are you taking action now and preparing for those blessings to come to you?

In this moment, we must not only live in hope of things happening, but we must truly believe they will happen and act on what we believe. Faith without action = no faith! GOD will bring to pass what HE Promised you, yet you must move and see it before you see it. What does that mean? You must move as if you already see the vision coming to pass. BELIEVE THEN ACT.

If you want that baby, start preparing your home, your actions, and your mindset for it now. Read parenting books! Look at furniture! Start calling hubby or wife "a great parent" now. No one waits until the baby comes to start preparing for the little one. We put in work to ensure we are ready. Do that.

If you want the promotion, start being more visible, more vocal, and take classes to prepare you for it. Ask those who are managing you what you can do to better position yourself for growth. Do the work now.

If you want the new house, start riding around looking at model homes. Work with credit advisors and financial experts to see what you qualify for now vs. what you can have then. Begin keeping your current situation neat and tidy as you are planning to keep your new home.
Living in EXPECT-AND-SEE mode means taking action and acting like you know what GOD said is truth even in the midst of your current reality!

Do the work! Remember, GOD will move when we move.

Remember to live for purpose, in purpose, on purpose, and with purpose.
Be blessed!

Live 365 Grateful: The Count Your Blessings Every Day Challenge!

Hi Leaders of Valor (LOV),

I pray you had a wonderful Thanksgiving holiday. I love taking time as a corporate body to be thankful and grateful. But, what about the other 364 days per year? Are we taking time each day to write or verbally acknowledge all of the blessings gifted to us by GOD? If not, let's start now!

When we contiually focus on the blessings we are gifted, our mindsets will transform into more positive and blessed ways of thinking. We stop focusing on what we don't have and focus on what we are blessed to have each day! This is what I call the 365 Grateful mindset.

Each day, please challenge yourselves to take 5 mins during your commute to school, work, sports practice, or before bed each night just to list things that you are blessed to have. This can be something we often overlook, like toothpaste or a warm bed to major things like our kids returning from school safe and sound each day. If your kids do not have major health issues and you are able to get out of bed each day to go to a job that you hate, yet it provides a warm meal, warm beds, and warm hearts, be grateful. Everyone cannot experience these blessings.

I recommend doing this practice with your kids, friends' group, close neighbors, etc. Each day, set aside time to go over a list of things you are grateful for experiencing or having within the past 24 hours. It only needs to take 3-5 minutes, yet it will transform our thinking and our dispositions as we continue the practice. This will become a great habit and will teach our kids, friends, and others to live grateful. Will you try this with me?

Remember to live for purpose, in purpose, on purpose, and with purpose. Be 365 Grateful!

Successfully Navigating Transitions of Life: Talk and Work Through What You're Feeling

I was honored to be a guest speaker on drgenevaspeaks with Dr. Geneva Williams this morning. It was an honor sharing and gaining insights from such an amazingly gifted leader and mentor. We discussed something that is on the minds of many of us now: How do I reinvent myself after major transitions? This was a very timely and very insightful discussion. We will post the links for viewing soon! Stay tuned.

Dr. Geneva J. Williams is a leadership guru who excels at helping women leaders navigate life's many transitions. She has changed my life as a female leader going through many transitions (professional and personal) and I am forever grateful for the plethora of lessons I learn from her each week on her Wednesday morning podcast (more info is available by following her on LinkedIn- Dr. Geneva J. Williams).

Please visit https://drgenevaspeaks.com/ to listen to all of Dr. Geneva's amazing content for those of us who are dealing with career and life transitions. To get Dr. Geneva's inspiring and insightful daily gems sent to your email inbox, visit and join her leaders' community at: https://elevatenextlevelsuccess.com/

Now, Leaders of Valor (LOV),

How are you feeling today? What are you feeling today? Many of us are dealing with multiple "what ifs," "what's next," "what do I do now," and "how do I live with the changes that are happening all around me" moments. I'm there with you, LOV.

Transitions are inevitable and they will barge into our lives without concern for our well-being or mental preparedness. Even in these moments, let's put first things first: Please take time to talk about it and work through it. This will help you stay grounded and release some of the stress you may encounter during such times.

Please keep yourselves healthy physically, spiritually, mentally, and relationally. Take time to step away from all of the distractions, disappointments, and drama that seem to stalk us in this moment. Take time to get yourself well and whole. Focus on YOU!

Transitions will continue to occur. We must prepare ourselves for them and successfully navigate through them if we want to remain healthy. Please take time to do this for yourselves and your families.

Very important: Remember that transitions are fluid. They move on even if some of the effects of those moments forever change us. Another transition will inevitably ollow the current one. There's hope though! We can use those moments of disappointment, unwanted changes, and overwhelming hurt to fuel greater outcomes for ourselves tomorrow. If this is done, we learn lessons during the tough times. Keep reminding yourself of this: It will be okay. You will be okay. This too shall pass.

Remember to live for purpose, in purpose, on purpose, and with purpose. Be blessed and do something to love on yourself today!

LOV: Successfully Navigating Life's Transitions: Torment What's Tormenting YOU!
Hi Leaders of Valor (LOV),
We all go through life transitions. They are inevitable. They will happen to all of us regardless of race, ethnicity, how we identify, education level, social status, or political party affiliation. Transitions are inevitable.
One of the ways I've learned to successfully navigate life's transitions is to torment what's tormenting me! If it is a financial torment, I give to others who are less blessed. If I'm anxious about a business contract, I help others with theirs. If I feel stressed about an upcoming conference, I seek out and help other speakers perfect their routine! I am consciously trying to torment what torments me.
I want to invite you to do the same. What does this do? It takes the constant "my circumstances are horrific " mindset off of us and let's focus on other people and their needs for a moment. I believe "I just happened to meet someone who is going through it as well" moments that we go through are Divinely orchestrated and, if navigated appropriately, can help us successfully get through our own situations in the midst of helping others.
Let's plan to Torment What's Tormenting US! I have seen great results from it and I bet you will as well.
Remember to live for purpose, in purpose, on purpose, and with purpose. Be blessed.

Embrace the Transitions of LifeHi LOV,I pray all is well in your world. There are so many transitions in life that we can sometimes become overwhelmed with it all. Transitions and changes are inevitable; therefore, we must learn to live through those Transitions and make them work for our new normal. How do we do this?1. Get a great support network around us2. Remain positive and hopeful3. Embrace the transition and live in the moment. These are the keys to successfully navigating life's many transitions. Change will come to all of our doors - and it isn't polite. It won't knock, but will barge in without being invited. How we respond to those changes will determine the quality of our lives during those transitions. Let's not hold on so tightly to the past or try to rush so quickly into the future that it causes us ro miss the beauty of the present. Choose to embrace the new normal and find joy and beauty in the now. You alone determine the outcome of life's transitions. Determine to move into them with vigor, vitality, and the wide-eyed hopeful perspective that this is the best time of life yet! The change may be difficult, yet that change, if navigated successfully, can propel us forward into our best seasons and the greatest triumphs in the stories of our lives!Remember to live for purpose, in purpose, on purpose, and with purpose.Be blessed and be a blessing to others!Dr. Trinwww.trimaniconsulting.com

Hi LOV,

Y'all remember when parents didn't have to constantly answer the question "but why?" Y'all remember the look you would get when you questioned something they told you?" I surely remember the look I received many times after asking, questioning, and requizzing my parents on something they already told me. I also remember the halting words that would freeze all of my questions in their place: "Because I said so!" Now, I know things are different today. This timeless phrase still works though. Try it!Its rough sometimes to see the rainbow because all we see are clouds. Why try? Today, I was reminded of why I should keep believing, keep trusting, keep preparing, keep showing, up, and keep planning even when things do not look like I will conquer all. I hope this blesses and encourages you as well. Many of us have been waiting for "our moment." Whether it is a new baby that GOD has promised, a promotion, a new home, a nod of approval or acknowledgment from our boss for a job well done, a recognition of improvement from a spouse, or otherwise, we must remember that what HE Promised will come to pass! In Genesis 22:16, GOD told Abraham that HE swore by HIS Own Name that HE would surely bless him and do what HE Promised. Now, there's no Name greater to promise by, so The LORD put all of it on HIMSELF when HE said, "I swear by My Own NAME..." That means, Abraham could believe it was done. HIS Promise was not solely for Abraham, though. Abraham was simply an example to us all. That Word is as good for us as it was back then. If GOD has Promised you something and you continue to believe and move forward in faith, it's already done. Prepare for the baby. Start picking out nursery colors! You already have the promotion. Take certification courses so you can be ready. The loan is approved. Start picking out homesite lots and furniture! The clients are already talking about you. What suit will you wear to the first meeting? Move like it's done! When ou move, HE moves. So, the next time you wonder, "Why should I believe this and do all of this work on a promise that hasn't produced yet," or "why would I be the one to receive that promotion," "why would they pick me over all of the other options out there," or "why would I think I could ever be a parent," remember GOD is saying, "Because I said so!" Remember to live for purpose, in purpose, on purpose, and with purpose. Be blessed.Dr. Trin
