The strength of a mother (all moms, but especially mothers of addicts) goes beyond what most people can imagine. The mom of an addict has been through hell and back...grieving for a child who is not yet dead, but fearing they will die any day. My heart goes out to every mom of an addict, no matter what stage of addiction your child is in.
