Our therapy team works incredibly hard, and achieving Ensign’s Chief Therapy Officer (CTO) award is no small task. It requires exceptional leadership, dedication, and a level of excellence that pushes any therapist to their very best.

Megan Lewis our Dorector of Rehab and my Partner in Crime at Pleasant Manor not only met those expectations but exceeded them. She embodies Level 5 leadership, pours into others daily, and leads with humility, strength, and purpose. Because of her outstanding leadership and commitment, Megan officially earned the prestigious CTO award.

I am incredibly proud of her and grateful for the impact she continues to make at Pleasant Manor.

They lead with strong hearts and serve with purpose every day. Their dedication is reflected in our quality measures and our four-star rating. Grateful for this incredible team that is the heart and soul of Pleasant Manor.

We had the best time today celebrating Thanksgiving with our residents and their families at Pleasant Manor. Our team did an amazing job preparing a warm, delicious lunch and creating a special moment for everyone to enjoy together.

✨ A Magical Surprise at Pleasant Manor! ✨

Today our residents were treated to a special visit from Mickey and Minnie Mouse. The joy and excitement they brought into our building was absolutely priceless. Moments like these remind us why we do what we do and how meaningful these connections are.

A heartfelt thank you to Bristol Hospice and to Rosanna Mata for making this magical moment possible. We are so grateful for your partnership, kindness, and the love you continue to show our Pleasant Manor family.

We finally finished the remodel of our nursing station and it has completely transformed the feel of the building. Bright, clean, welcoming, and built for our team to keep serving our residents with excellence.

🎗️ Breast Cancer Awareness Month at Pleasant Manor Healthcare & Rehabilitation 🎗️

In recognition of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, our residents and team came together for a meaningful walk around our building to honor those whose lives have been touched by breast cancer—those currently fighting, those who have survived, and those we have lost but will always remember.

During our walk, we paused for a moment of silence to reflect on their courage, celebrate their strength, and show our love and support as one united Pleasant Manor family. It was a powerful reminder that we stand together in hope, awareness, and solidarity.

To all the warriors, survivors, and angels among us—we honor you. 💗
