Today our residents were treated to a special visit from Mickey and Minnie Mouse. The joy and excitement they brought into our building was absolutely priceless. Moments like these remind us why we do what we do and how meaningful these connections are.

A heartfelt thank you to Bristol Hospice and to Rosanna Mata for making this magical moment possible. We are so grateful for your partnership, kindness, and the love you continue to show our Pleasant Manor family.

We finally finished the remodel of our nursing station and it has completely transformed the feel of the building. Bright, clean, welcoming, and built for our team to keep serving our residents with excellence.

We had a fun Trunk-or-Treat for our residents and families today, but the real treat is getting to work with this incredible team every day. The energy, creativity, and laughter they bring to Pleasant Manor make it such a special place.

🎗️ Breast Cancer Awareness Month at Pleasant Manor Healthcare & Rehabilitation 🎗️

In recognition of Breast Cancer Awareness Month, our residents and team came together for a meaningful walk around our building to honor those whose lives have been touched by breast cancer—those currently fighting, those who have survived, and those we have lost but will always remember.

During our walk, we paused for a moment of silence to reflect on their courage, celebrate their strength, and show our love and support as one united Pleasant Manor family. It was a powerful reminder that we stand together in hope, awareness, and solidarity.

To all the warriors, survivors, and angels among us—we honor you. 💗

☀️ Christmas in July was a hit at Pleasant Manor Healthcare & Rehabilitation!

A huge thank you to our wonderful community partners, Hospice, for bringing the holiday cheer (and a few confused smiles 😄) to our residents. From festive fun to heartfelt moments, the day was filled with laughter, joy, and a whole lot of love.

At Pleasant Manor Healthcare & Rehabilitation, we love finding ways to brighten our residents’ days. This past Friday, we welcomed one of our favorite therapy dogs for Pet Photo Day!

Our residents enjoyed quality time with this sweet pup—sharing smiles, hugs, and capturing special moments. Activities like these are just one of the many ways we focus on both quality care and quality of life for our residents.
