Child's pose stretches your thighs, hips, and ankles. ASANA: kneel and sit on your knees. Lean forward, keeping your buttocks on your heels, and rest your forehead on the floor.

Modifications: You can choose to keep the knees together instead of separating them if that is more comfortable for you. Likewise, you can curl the toes under if it is painful to have the feet flat, or place a rolled towel under your shins to take the stress off of your ankles.

You can place a yoga blanket or a towel underneath the knees for padding and added support.

Being mindful of your thoughts and your words is just the beginning of changing your lifestyle.
A simple rephrase like this creates positivity and uplifts the spirit mind and soul.

A little practice is all it takes and soon you too will feel more positive about your outlook. I find myself rephrasing and changing others' outlooks all the time with positivity. But it takes practice!
