Magnesium is one of the highest mineral deficiencies in the U.S.! Magnesium is important because it regulates over 300 biochemical reactions in the body. Because of its vital role, some symptoms that you are magnesium deficient include:

This was too good to NOT share, and the reason why I gave up 90% of gluten and dairy in my life altogether:
