All my life, I thought my health journey had to be all or nothing. I was raised in a household where focusing on your health wasn't a top priority, so I was never taught how to live a healthy, balanced lifestyle. I struggled with my weight my entire life - gaining and losing 70 lbs multiple times from yoyo dieting and battling anxiety. I spent hours a day in the gym trying to work off my extra weight and anxiety, but it never worked for me. I tried every weight loss product under the sun but found nothing sustainable. After marrying my husband in 2019, we decided to buy an RV and travel together for his job as a crane rigger while I focused on finding myself and deciding how I wanted my life to look. Eventually I decided to learn more about health, became a Certified Personal Trainer and Nutritionist through ISSA, and opened my business with Beachbody as a health coach. As I journey into the new world of motherhood, I have been so thankful to have already had so many healthy habits in place. My routine didn't change. I use the same workouts, the same nutrition plans, the same supplements, plug into the same community, and will continue growing the same business. & I will continue to use the same tools postnatal. I have found what works best for me and my clients for a sustainable health journey! I am so excited to share it with you! I know it will be life changing for you too!
