Dear Soaring Family,

As many of you know, we officially opened our doors in Mansfield, Texas on October 13th, 2025, after working tirelessly to secure a location that felt right for our community. Since then, we have been experiencing rapid growth while simultaneously completing the credentialing process to ensure we can accept all insurance plans—including Blue Cross Blue Shield—and provide accessible cash-pay options for those who prefer them.

I want to personally thank each of you for your patience as we navigate these early stages. We attempted to integrate AI technology into our phone system to improve efficiency, but it did not perform to the standard we expect for our patients. Because of this, we will be transitioning to a fully staffed, human-powered phone system at the start of the new year to better serve you.

Looking ahead, 2026 will be a year of growth and expansion for Soaring Healthcare. Our plans include:

• Introducing home visits for added convenience
• Strengthening our primary care, health, and wellness services
• Expanding support in THC treatment, hormone replacement therapy, weight management, and chronic medical care
• Launching a podcast and increasing our educational social media presence
• Creating more opportunities for genuine interaction between myself and our patients
• Providing transparency into the business of medicine, especially as large healthcare systems continue to overlook both their staff and their patients

I am deeply committed to building a practice that puts people first—where you feel heard, valued, and supported every step of the way.

Lastly, some of you may receive letters regarding insurance changes. Please know that these notices are related to the removal of my profile from my previous employer, not from Soaring Healthcare. We remain in-network with all insurances, including Blue Cross Blue Shield.

As a provider, one of the biggest things we see in clinic is this: people don’t avoid care because they don’t want it — they avoid care because they didn’t understand it or were told it wasn’t important at the right time. But let’s get one thing straight, community: Primary care isn’t a one-and-done. It’s the healthcare relationship you return to before things get out of hand. Chronic care, acute symptoms, mental health pressure — those are areas we handle by leading with understanding, not confusion, not stigma, and not guesswork. As a provider, I’ve seen how important it is to normalize the conversation around health screenings — especially those tied to HIV and AIDS. Many young adults between 19–39, especially in minority communities, avoid testing because of stigma, unclear information, or fear of judgment. Awareness days like World AIDS Day matter because they remind us that early screening isn’t about labeling — it’s about understanding your body and your outcomes before something escalates. At Soaring Healthcare, we believe every patient deserves education-first care and stigma-free conversations. When we explain clearly, you act confidently.

🌸 Allergy season is here — and we’ve been hearing the same two questions:
“Can a humidifier help?” and “Does local honey really make a difference?” 🍯🌬️

Here’s what we tell our patients:

✅ Humidifiers can ease congestion and dryness, especially in dry Texas air — but only if humidity stays around 40–50%. Too much moisture can worsen dust mite and mold allergies.
✅ Local honey may not “cure” allergies, but it can soothe your throat and introduce trace local pollen in a gentle, natural way.
