Been a minute - we'll get back into the swing of things very soon. Hope you will take the time to try this amazing recipe for an amazing summertime smoothie vibe.

Summertime Smoothie
This can be done with fresh or frozen ingredients. We like frozen for the chill it gives it. Grab your Nutra-Bullet and let's get started.

1 1/2 Cups of Water
1 Banana
2 Cups of Pineapple
1 Tablespoon Peanut Butter (remove if allergic)
1 Tablespoon of Raw Honey
1 Teaspoon Vanilla
1/2 Cup Coconut Yogurt
1 Tablespoon Olive Oil
1/4 Avocado

(Optional Items)
1 Handful of Leafy Baby Spinach
1 Teaspoon of Cinnamon
1/2 Teaspoon Turmeric
(if you're not using frozen ingredients throw in 3-5 ice cubes)

Toss all ingredients into your Nutra-Bullet and give it a spin and enjoy a healthy and refreshing summertime smoothie.
(You can also use a blender if you don't have a Nutra-Bullet)
