and longevity. I don't subscribe to any fad diet principles but if I did, it would be closely related to Whole30. The foods I suggest and menus I create and cook for my clients are focused on the following principles but can be adjusted per the client's desires:
~ Gluten Free ~ Grain Free ~ Dairy Free ~ No seed oils ~ No artificial sweeteners ~ Low or no sugar ~ Grass fed and finished ~ Pasture raised ~ Organic ~ Non GMO ~ Wild caught ~ Sustainably raised/grown ~ Hormone free ~ Soy free ~ Peanut free ~ Mycotoxin free ~ Non charred meats. In addition to the diet principles above, I also adhere to these practices:
~ Use only non-toxic, all natural cleaning solutions on countertops and dishes ~ Use filtered and sometimes structured water in food preparation and cooking ~ Never put hot foods in plastic containers or use plastics when preparing hot foods ~ Compost all food waste ~ Use recyclable materials. Lastly, I take my recipes and meals "above and beyond" the basic ingredients to further support optimal health wherever possible by using and/or adding ingredients such as ~ organic essential oils ~ medicinal plants, herbs and spices ~ adaptogens ~ mushroom extracts ~ prebiotics and postbiotics ~ bone broth ~ root powders ~ high polyphenol EVOO ~ protein and collagen powders ~ LOTS OF LOVE!
