: Fry and Force Of Nature Meats breakfast sausage. Heat 2 cauliflower rounds per package suggestions. Place cooked egg and sausage between two rounds and you’ve got yourself a breakfast sandwich!

Today’s : Kevin's Natural Foods! The easiest and quickest way to eat clean. Dozens of pre-cooked meats, entrees, pasta meals and side dishes. The only downside is they’re not organic 😞 Find at Costco and all major grocery stores. (in most meals)

: Put on top of fried cauliflower “rice” and/or pair with your veggie of choice.

Today’s : Unbun everything bagels! If you miss eating “bread” this is for you! and they’re delicious!! I bought them at Whole Foods

: 38 grams of protein meal: Bagel and Lox! Slice and toast bagel. Top with 2 Tb. Kite Hill chive flavor cream cheese, 4 oz Echo Falls wild caught smoked salmon, tomato, avocado and (if you like - onion or capers).

: Top with avocado and lettuce greens and sandwich all of it between Outer Aisle rounds instead of hamburger buns.

Today’s - Teriyaki Sauce!
The ONLY teriyaki sauce I’ve found that is AND (most importantly) tastes amazing!

- Stir fry your favorite meat and/or veggies in organic sesame oil, pour this teriyaki sauce on top, heat through and enjoy! Bigtreefarmsnz

Today’s - Lupin beans!
Great source of containing all 9 . High in fiber, almost no starch and a low glycemic index.

- Add some seasonings and roast / toast them 350 for about 10 minutes to up the flavor!
