Does this support the life I am trying to create?
That question will change everything.
Before you say yes.
Before you say no.
Before you react, commit, argue, scroll, or agree.
Pause.
Ask yourself:
Does this support the life I am trying to create?
Does this conversation expand me or drain me?
Does this opportunity align with my values or just feed my ego?
Does this habit move me closer to the version of me I say I want to become?
So much of our stress comes from living in contradiction.
Saying we want peace — but choosing chaos.
Saying we want love — but entertaining inconsistency.
Saying we want abundance — but operating from fear.
Alignment is not loud.
It’s subtle.
It feels clean in your body.
When something supports your life vision, your nervous system softens.
When it doesn’t, there’s contraction.
Tightness.
Justification.
Over-explaining.
Your intuition already knows.
This question isn’t about perfection.
It’s about direction.
Every “yes” is a brick.
Every “no” is a boundary.
Every choice is architecture.
You are not building a day.
You are building a life.
So today, before you respond to anything, ask:
Does this support the life I am trying to create?
And then trust the answer that feels like truth — not the one that feels like fear.
