was intrigued when I learned about it and his reason is quite simple…✨

“It does everything I want a word processing program to do, and it doesn’t do anything else,” Martin said. “I don’t want any help. I hate some of these modern systems where you type a lower case letter and it becomes a capital”.⌨️

Martin has a goal and he wants to finish his goal so he removes all his distractions! Simple as that! Be honest to yourself and find out what are the distractions that are preventing you from working on your goals. Take these steps: 👇

1. Write down the distractions: Is it Netflix that is preventing you from meal prepping? Is it laundry that must be done before you start your workout? Is that YouTube video so urgent that you must deprive yourself of a good nights rest?✍️

2. Give the distractions their own space: figure out when you can take care of those distractions at a later time. Reward yourself with the Netflix show after you finish meal prepping; assign laundry to 1 day of the week so you can dedicate yourself to folding and hanging (if you enjoy it); maybe watch the YouTube video while you are on the elliptical.🌐

3. Do your thing: everyone has their own goals; work on your realistic goals by giving yourself a realistic deadline. Realistic is important because once you achieve it, that is your motivation to go to the next goal. If your goal is not achievable, you will find it difficult to go after it!✨

PCOS is a condition of androgen excess. All women have androgen but in women with PCOS the body produces too much androgen.

🥗🏃‍♀️Diet and lifestyle changes are the primary treatment approaches for women with PCOS. Women can benefit from proper food intake, supplements, regular physical activity, stress management and sleep support health in women with PCOS.

Treatment is individualized and may involve a combination of healthy eating, lifestyle changes, supplements, and insulin sensitizers. Dietitians play an important role in the treatment of PCOS.

👉 Start with these 3 easy steps and show your heart some love ❤️
1. Limit fat, especially saturated and trans fat, by using moderate amounts of oil in cooking.
2. Choose lean cuts of meat and eat more plant sources of protein like beans.
3. Reduce sodium levels by using herbs and spices to season foods.

Following a healthy eating plan, managing stress and engaging in regular physical activity help protect against heart disease. 💕
