Prism Health North Texas was honored to host Admiral Rachel Levine, Assistant Secretary for Health for the U.S. Department of Health and Human Services. Select Dallas and Tarrant County leaders discussed LGBTQ+ health issues, including rising rates of syphilis, attacks on individuals of transgender experience, and an increased need for HIV prevention. Opportunities like this allow us to share our personal and combined experiences and determine how we can work together to solve pressing public health issues that affect the communities we serve.
