In times of so much uncertainty, it is so important to be intentional about our healing, making space to connect with ourselves at the end of the day and true rest.

I’ve found that at the end of the day I truly enjoy drinking a nice herbal blend while listening to calming and soothing music.

I really enjoy making small batches because it gives me the chance to interact with each herb.
