American Freedom will sponsor defensive skills and drills workouts at INPOWERiQ Performance Center on McKinney. These workouts will be a great opportunity for players to get extra defensive work. The schedule is -

6-7p: 10U & 12U players
7-9p: 14U, 16U & 18U players

USA Softball and American Freedom are partnering to sponsor the American Freedom Fall Invite .

The format for this event is five-games with no bracket play.

Games will be 90 minutes, finish the batter.

The entry fee is $600, plus $60 PAP

There is NO GATE FEE for this event.

College Coaches will be invited to attend this event.

We had a great American Freedom organizational workout in Golden, CO last night! Over 100 girls from our DFW and Colorado teams attended. Everyone worked hard and got better!! Thank you to all who attended and the coaches who worked hard for our girls!! It was a proud director’s moment!

PLAYER DEVELOPMENT

All of our American Freedom players and teams in DFW have access to INPOWERiQ Performance Center in McKinney, a state-of-the art training facility. Players can engage in strength and agility training and skill development, on their own or with certified instructors.

KONGiQ is the leading sports performance development program. Numerous college and professional sports programs use KONGiQ. Our AF players have access to the program and their data can be shared with collegiate programs across the country.

SOFTBALL PLAYERS, are you wore out after a long weekend on the field and in the heat? How great would it be to go to a first-class recovery center and use a cold plunge tank. NORMATECH, massage chair or sauna?

If you were a member of American Freedom Softball, you could do any of those after the game or during the week. The cost would be included in your organizational fees.

Clinic will feature instruction from the above mentioned staff in the areas of offense, defense, pitching and catching. Sessions will feature skills evaluation/drills/controlled scrimmages and other informational sessions presented by the collegiate staff. There will also be a general question and answer for players, parents, and coaches attending the event. Pre-registration for this event is REQUIRED. Enrollment will be limited.
