Who has been struggling to stay motivated to work out? 🙋‍♀️
With everyone’s lives being more than a little disheveled lately it’s easy to understand how we get off track & distracted from our goals. I know I have.
This week I’ve gotten back on track by finding an accountability partner (actually more like 4)! One is easier because he’s my husband but I don’t even see the other 3 in person. We get on Zoom and do ‘s workout of the day. It has given me a little structure and a whole lot of accountability.
What are you doing to stay motivated to exercise? What are you doing to keep a positive attitude during this discouraging time?

I’m so proud of my amazing clients! They worked hard during our February Plank Challenge, which was inspired by .
Rob ended up with a 7 minute plank on the last day, only to beat that time at our next session with a 9:03 plank! For his efforts, he received a gift certificate to get some motivational swag! 🙌🏼
Dan squeaked by his lovely wife Dawn to earn an award for consistency & improvement. The fitness ferry presented them with a gift card to for their post-workout caffeine recovery sessions. ☕️
What was the key to their success? CONSISTENCY! 🙌🏼
I’m so proud of my clients! They really make me smile! I’m so impressed that some of them are continuing the new habit of planking regularly.
