What kind of therapist am I? I'm not a goal-driven/worksheet therapist who is going to give you "tools". I'm more of an exploratory type of therapist. I view therapy as a dedicated time and space where we can approach your inner world with compassion and curiosity to figure out what is and isn't working for you, identify what lies beneath the patterns that are keeping you stuck, and help you navigate life with greater ease.

For some, religious trauma and moral judgment have left psychological scars. We provide a secular therapy space free from religious undertones.

But, of course, you are welcome to bring up spiritual and religious topics. We follow your lead.
