I'm not sure with dates yet but Steve will have hernia surgery and maybe knee surgery. I will need to make some money during his rehab time. You know I love to cook. So I'm up to making casseroles, one pot meals, homemade bread, cookies dessert breads, and gluten free sugar free desserts! I'm ready to start when you want a specialty. Magical Nibbles will begin cooking homemade meals next week. Monday, July 31.
Here's the weekly menu-
Monday. Roasted fresh vegetables and chicken bites.

Tuesday. Red beef enchiladas and salad with fresh vegetables.

Wednesday. Huge salad with everything imaginable.

Thursday. Pulled pork sandwich. Deviled egg, chips.

Friday. Spaghetti with meatballs and veggies of every color
