Make sure to stay safe this summer season with a few simple steps to keep the rays at bay while you play!
1. Sunscreen that is at least SPF 30 is crucial so you don't feel the burn
2. Seek shade between the hours of 10AM and 4PM when the sun's ray are the strongest
3. Use sunglasses that block out at least 99% of all UVA and UVB rays to protect your peepers
4. Drink water regularly while you're in the sun to avoid dehydration
5. Feeling too hot? Be sure to let an adult know if you are suddenly feeling tired, weak, or overheated
The sun may be hot, but it does some pretty cool things! Protect yourself well, and get some vitamin D ☀️
