Looking for a fun snow day snack to make??? Try out this homemade popcorn recipe!

Ingredients:
Large Pot and Lid
2 Tablespoons Coconut Oil
1/2 Cup Popcoen Kernels
1 Teaspoon Celtic Salt

How to Make:
Put 2 Tablespoons of Coconut Oil into a Large pot and HIGH heat and let melt.
Once melted sprinkle a few Popcorn Kernels into the pot and put the lid on.
Once those kernels have popped out 1/2 cup of Popcorn Kernels into the pot.
Lift pot and shake while holding the lid on tightly.
Continue doing this until fully popped.
Pour into a bowl and ENJOY!!!

It's been an exciting two months since opening my healthcare practice in west Plano off of Plano Parkway.
