IMH is seeking a compassionate and dedicated Therapist/Counselor to join our team on a grant-funded basis. The ideal candidate will have experience in providing family, group, and individual therapy, as well as a strong commitment to serving our community.

Responsibilities:
• Provide therapeutic services to clients, including individual, family, and group therapy sessions.
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop personalized treatment plans for clients.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure coordinated care and support for clients.
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of client progress and treatment interventions.
• Adhere to ethical and professional standards in all aspects of service delivery.

Qualifications:
• Master's degree in counseling, social work, psychology, or related field.
• Current licensure or eligibility for licensure as a therapist or counselor (e.g., LPC, LCSW, LMFT).
• Experience providing therapy services to individuals, families, and groups.
• Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic interventions and treatment modalities.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
