Movement efficiency happens when you are spending minimal energy to accomplish maximal results 🙌🏼
Why is this important, specially as we age? 👴🏼
Because we need to save more energy to rebuild and repair the body, instead of using it to produce movement.
This is too expensive for the body.
Let me explain myself here. As you age, your muscle mass decreases, so your body will spend more energy in moving and force the production when you just focus in training the muscles.
We have an incredibly efficient system of ligaments at our disposal that is even more efficient at force absorption. It extraordinarily stores it and then reuses it to create powerful movements. This is better for your body because it is more inexpensive
Think of an electric car VS a gas car 🚗
Your electric car is much more efficient, fast and clean, whereas the gas car takes tremendous amount of energy to get going.
The same principal applies to the body as we face aging natural processes. So, tell me, with which kind of technology are you driving your body? ❤️
