I had the joy of launching my Wellness Workshops in Abilene,TX with an amazing group of women! We bonded, shared experiences, discovered stress management techniques, sleep strategies, journaling, and the impact of creativity and gratitude.

We left feeling motivated and ready to make small tweaks to improve our health journey! Most importantly we connected, laughed and had fun!
