When it comes to nutrition, colorful plates are the best. The more of the rainbow you consume, the more diversity of your micronutrients. If you don’t know where to start, ensure your plate has a PROTEIN source, a FAT source, and a CARBOHYDRATE source. From there, fiber is usually colorful and filling! How do you lunch?? 🥪
