Responsible for home care services:

Assist with daily living activities
• Help patients with personal hygiene
• Obtain and record vital signs and weight
• Make beds, clean bedside and overhead tables.
• Assist patients with surgery recovery
• Light housekeeping and preparing meals
• Reminding clients of medications and appointments
• Assisting with grooming, bathing, toileting, and incontinence issues
• Caring for clients with Alzheimer's
